You hold your own answers — therapy offers the space to discover them.
I believe that we all carry within us the capacity for healing and transformation. My role as a therapist is to create a safe, attuned environment that helps you access that inner knowing — to slow down, make meaning, and find clarity in the complexity of your experience.
I offer individual therapy to adults who are seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world. People often reach out to me when they find themselves at a crossroads — in the midst of a major life change, feeling stuck in painful relationship dynamics, or noticing patterns they’ve tried to shift but can’t seem to move on their own. Some are navigating conflict with a partner or family member, learning how to set healthier boundaries, or wanting to relate in ways that feel more secure and authentic.
My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change comes from exploring who you are at your core, not just managing symptoms. Rather than focusing solely on diagnoses or quick fixes, I aim to create a space where curiosity, self-reflection, and authenticity can unfold; where you can slow down and explore what’s really happening beneath the surface. Our earliest relationships and lived experiences shape how we see ourselves and connect with others. With warmth, curiosity, and active engagement, I work collaboratively with you to better understand those influences and begin reshaping the patterns that no longer serve you.
Together, we look beyond the obvious struggles to uncover the deeper, often unconscious dynamics that influence thoughts, behaviors, and emotional responses. By bringing these patterns into awareness, new possibilities for connection, healing, and choice can emerge as we work toward helping you reconnect with your truest sense of self, clarify what matters most to you, and move through life with greater ease and joy.
